Mountain Hardwear

As I walked over a glacier heading towards our 15 pitch climb, I could hear music over the landscape. A droning crescendo of intensity canvassed my mind. Avalanches, rock slides, creaking ice and clean springs. Editing this footage, I decided to score the soundtrack myself to emulate some of the sounds I heard and felt that day. Bringing my camera to capture the experience was a challenge, but opened the door to more ways we can capture visual stories and elicit emotion.
